About Us

Sparkwell Parish Council is committed to improving the lives of our residents. We work closely with the South Hams District Council to provide essential services such as waste collection, planning and licensing, and community events. Our council is made up of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in our community. Our Meetings

The Parish meeting is held on the second Tuesday of every month (except August) at 7.00pm and alternates between Sparkwell Parish Hall and Hemerdon Village Hall.
